Established to serve the Muslim community in Sparkhill, Birmingham, Al-Madany Masjid is dedicated to providing a welcoming space for worship, education, and community engagement. Our mission is to nurture spiritual growth while fostering a sense of belonging and unity.
While Al-Madany Masjid first began its journey undertaking charity work in various parts of the Muslim world like Palestine, Syria, and Iraq, its current dedication is to the local community. It now focuses on providing Muslims in Birmingham with essential facilities, including a masjid and a community centre.
To foster a stronger Muslim community in Birmingham, we recently established our Masjid and Community Centre. Opened just months ago, this new facility was intentionally created with dedicated spaces for education, community events, and youth activities, addressing the needs of our diverse local population.
Al-Madany Masjid currently provides the community with essential services including daily prayers, educational programs, and social support. Looking ahead, we aim to solidify our role in the community, remaining dedicated to our mission and flexible in meeting Birmingham's evolving needs.
